Session 3 of Unlocking the Power of Data to Drive Student Success
The Unlocking the Power of Data to Drive Student Success series continues with a hands-on session, where teams will use student feedback and holistic data to design strategic student-centered actions. Participants will focus on refining existing practices and co-designing interventions that are practical and measurable. Join peers to strategize new approaches, clarify what success looks like, and leave with a plan for implementing small but powerful changes that accelerate progress for all students.
The series is designed for members of school-based success teams – adults working to implement and continually improve strategies to increase student attendance, attainment, and wellbeing. Participants will be able to:
- Plan a team data conversation to mine for implications for adult practice
- Utilize student experience data to strengthen your understanding of the problem before identifying solutions
- Design solutions and plan action-reflection cycles
- Reflect on progress and refine actions for the future

Participation in all sessions is encouraged however not required, and you are welcome to attend whichever session(s) are of interest.
- Session 1: October 30, 2025 1-2 pm ET: Building Shared Mindsets Through Data Conversations
Have the necessary data-driven conversations to build a learning community with common language, purpose, attitudes and beliefs. - Session 2: December 11, 2025 1-2 pm ET: Deepening Data Conversations with Voice Data
Harness the power of voice data to understand the problem from the user perspective. - Session 4: April 23, 2026 1-2 pm ET: Reflecting to Refine and Sustain Success
Evaluate the use and impact of the actions and supports, and decide whether to adopt, adapt, or abandon a strategy.
