Session 2 of Unlocking the Power of Data to Drive Student Success

The Unlocking the Power of Data to Drive Student Success series continues Thursday 1/14/27 with Deepen Data Conversations with Voice Data. The session will guide participants to move beyond numbers to better understand root causes and student experiences. Learn actionable strategies to collect and apply student voice data, challenge assumptions, and design improvement cycles with students as partners. Leave ready to facilitate meaningful conversations that elevate student perspectives and build stronger relationships for genuine school change.

About the Series

Ready to deepen how your team uses data to improve student success? This four-part interactive learning series supports school-based teams in moving from data to understanding, and from understanding to meaningful action. Together, participants will explore how to use multiple forms of data, center student voice, and design student-centered strategies that strengthen attendance, attainment, and wellbeing.

The series is designed for members of school-based success teams – adults working to implement, learn from, and continually improve strategies that support student success. Series participants will be able to:

• Plan and facilitate team data conversations that surface implications for adult practice
• Use student experience data to deepen understanding of a problem before moving to solutions
• Design student-centered strategies and plan action-reflection cycles
• Reflect on progress, learn from implementation, and refine actions moving forward

Each session builds on the others, but can also stand on its own. Participation in the full series is encouraged, but not required, and you are welcome to attend whichever sessions are most relevant to your work.

• November 5, 2026 1-2 pm ET: Build Shared Mindsets through Data Conversations
  Practice protocols that create the conditions for vulnerability and collaboration, and leave with clear next steps to analyze data with your team.
• March 11, 2027 1-2 pm ET: Design Strategic, Student-Centered Actions
  Use student feedback and holistic data to refine existing practices and co-design interventions that are practical and measurable. Join peers to strategize new approaches, clarify what success looks like, and leave with a plan for implementing small but powerful changes that accelerate progress for all students.
• April 29, 2027 1-2 pm ET: Reflect to Refine and Sustain Success
  Join an authentic space to pause, learn, and build routines to ensure every student benefits from systems that evolve to meet changing needs. Practice protocols for reviewing impact data, share successes and setbacks, and decide whether to adopt, adapt, or abandon strategies.
