Session 2 of Unlocking the Power of Data to Drive Student Success
The Unlocking the Power of Data to Drive Student Success series continues with a session guiding participants to move beyond numbers to better understand root causes and student experiences. Learn actionable strategies to collect and apply student voice data, challenge assumptions, and design improvement cycles with students as partners. Leave ready to facilitate meaningful conversations that elevate student perspectives and build stronger relationships for genuine school change.
The series is designed for members of school-based success teams – adults working to implement and continually improve strategies to increase student attendance, attainment, and wellbeing. Participants will be able to:
- Plan a team data conversation to mine for implications for adult practice
- Utilize student experience data to strengthen your understanding of the problem before identifying solutions
- Design solutions and plan action-reflection cycles
- Reflect on progress and refine actions for the future

Participation in all sessions is encouraged however not required, and you are welcome to attend whichever session(s) are of interest.
- Session 1: October 30, 2025 1-2 pm ET: Building Shared Mindsets Through Data Conversations
Have the necessary data-driven conversations to build a learning community with common language, purpose, attitudes and beliefs. - Session 3: February 19, 2026 1-2 pm ET: Designing Strategic, Student-Centered Actions
Turn insights into manageable, impactful actions. - Session 4: April 23, 2026 1-2 pm ET: Reflecting to Refine and Sustain Success
Evaluate the use and impact of the actions and supports, and decide whether to adopt, adapt, or abandon a strategy.
