Effective teams, operating with shared norms and processes, are the engine of high-quality student success systems. On Thursday March 12 at 3:30 ET, we explored the stages of the continuous improvement process student success teams use to foster the four key elements of student success systems, and reflected on the district’s role of supporting school team functions. The session also shared practical examples to help district teams reflect on and refine their own processes.
