Student Success District Network

The GRAD Partnership Student Success District Network is a peer learning community for district student support teams beginning or continuing to implement student success systems. Through regular collaborative engagement activities, the District Network strengthens the capacity of district teams implementing student success systems.

The District Network is a space for the GRAD Partnership and districts to engage in a two-way forum, sharing out progress, creating opportunities for collaboration, and gathering input on emerging needs and promising practices in the field.

Participating districts will have the opportunity to:

  • Learn from peers and contribute to peer learning around elements of student success systems, and strategies for implementation and improvement
  • Contribute to the growing national dialogue on student success systems
  • Expand and deepen their professional network

Participants can engage with the District Network through:

  • Live virtual events (webinars with integrated small group dialogue opportunities)
  • Moderated discussion forums
  • Role-alike and regional networking forums

The network is organized around monthly themes such as:

  • Students as active participants in student success systems
  • Holistic data systems use, including challenges and opportunities for integrating Student Information Systems (SIS) with student success systems
  • Applying implementation science to identifying and implementing new solutions and strategies within student success systems
  • Needs and interests raised through the network

The Student Success District Support Network emerged from a series of regional and national in-person convenings held by the GRAD Partnership from Fall 2023 to Spring 2025. These convenings engaged districts in discussions to understand current student support systems and how to move toward the student success systems of the future.

Participants at each convening made it clear that opportunities to continue to network and learn from each other were essential to continuing to develop student success systems. To meet this need, the District Network will continue to deepen and expand the learning network started through the in-person convenings.
